Abouttheproject

Built for businesses that ship at volume, Deliveries supports manual booking, bulk import, and API integration, alongside live rate comparison across providers like GoGo Express, Grab, Lalamove, and Ninja Van. Automated rebooking cycles kick in if a primary provider is unavailable, and every shipment rolls up into one consolidated monthly invoice.

The platform covers both on-demand and scheduled deliveries, serving e-commerce, restaurants, FMCG, logistics, and warehousing teams who need visibility across providers without juggling multiple logins.

Challenges

The core challenge was information density — operators managing hundreds of bookings a day needed rate comparisons, statuses, and provider performance at a glance, without the dashboard becoming overwhelming for smaller teams placing a handful of orders.

Designing a booking flow flexible enough for manual entry, bulk CSV import, and API-driven automation, while keeping the experience consistent across all three, required a modular approach to the interface.

Summary

The result removed the need to switch "between different apps or websites" — operators now manage every courier relationship, rate, and invoice from a single dashboard, with automated failover keeping deliveries moving even when a provider drops out.
