Users choose a delivery type, enter shipping details, and pay directly through their GCash wallet, with every shipment automatically covered by item insurance and trackable via a shareable link.
The app serves a wide range of senders, from individuals shipping a single parcel to e-commerce sellers, restaurants, retailers, and FMCG brands managing recurring deliveries, all backed by 24/7 support.
The biggest design challenge was collapsing several couriers — each with their own pricing, coverage, and delivery windows — into one simple, confidence-inspiring booking flow, so a first-time user could compare rates and book a delivery in under a minute.
Payments, insurance, and tracking also needed to feel reassuring rather than transactional, since many users were trusting the app with both their parcel and their money via GCash.
The outcome is an app that lives up to its promise — "book your deliveries with ease in just one app" — giving Filipino senders a single, trustworthy place to compare, pay for, and track deliveries across the country's biggest courier networks.
